The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Associate Deputy Director of the Central Office of Licensing. Subject to management approval, this position will plan, develop, implement, and manage, through subordinate administrators, all processes associated with the statewide operations of the Central Office of Licensing, including the Background Check Units, Licensing Enforcement, Licensing Training, and Foster Home Licensing Compliance. The position will establish short-term and long-term goals and objectives and develop plans to enhance service provision.
The position will also develop quality assurance processes to ensure adequate review of Central Office of Licensing processes and procedures. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is interested in ensuring the implementation of quality background processes and adherence to licensing requirements to help provide safety and stability for children and youth in care.
