Road extension, Duemler honored by American Society of Civil Engineers section
The South Mahomet Road extension in Mahomet and Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Kurtis Duemler, P.E., CFM, were recognized Sept. 18 during the American Society of Civil Engineers’ (ASCE) Central Illinois Section (CIS) Annual Banquet in Springfield. The South Mahomet Road project, completed in 2024, won an Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Award. Lawless celebrates 25 years at Hanson
Ryan Lawless, environmental scientist, recently celebrated 25 years of service at Hanson Professional Services Inc. Lawless, who joined Hanson in 2000, provides environmental permitting, remediation and site assessment services for industry, commercial and transportation projects. Lawless has provided environmental services for numerous projects, including the Capitol Avenue and Eighth Street streetscape design and beautification projects in Springfield, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign site
