The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, energetic individual to serve as Springfield Administrative Facilities Manager. Under direction, this position will be a working manager, traveling to various facilities to coordinate building requirements and oversee property moves within and between sites. The position will investigate complaints regarding environment and Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Standards and evaluate and resolve such complaints. The position will also assist in the distribution of key codes and keys and the ongoing maintenance of security systems. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is interested in helping ensure the Department’s facilities meet all standards and adequately provide the resources needed to enable our employees to do their jobs.
