SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Retired Maj. Gen. Rich Neely has been elected to serve as an external advisory member on the board of directors for Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s holding company.
Neely was announced as the new board member for Hanson Group Inc. to fill the vacancy left by Thomas Lamont, whose service as an external advisory member ended. Neely was the 40th adjutant general of the state of Illinois and the director of the Illinois Department of Military Affairs. He was the commander for the Illinois Army and Air National Guard and the deputy director of cyber and space operations for the Air National Guard at Joint Base Andrews. He retired in 2024.
The other members of the Hanson Group Inc. board are Sergio “Satch” Pecori, chairman and president; Jeff Ball, secretary; Ronda Folkerts, treasurer; Kirk Brown; Grant Jackson; and Ronald Batory, outside director.
Anna Aldridge, a vice president and senior project manager who works at Hanson’s Corpus Christi, Texas, office, was elected to the board of directors for Hanson Professional Services Inc. This board also comprises Pecori, chairman and CEO; Ball, president and chief operating officer; Folkerts, executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer; Dennis Hollahan, senior vice president, secretary, general counsel and chief risk officer; Mina Biggs, senior vice president and chief people officer; Steve Alm, senior vice president; Brian Lemieux, vice president; and Kipkoech Chepkoit, assistant vice president.
