All five Memorial Health hospitals will host flag-raising ceremonies in conjunction with National Donate Life Month. Hospital officials and representatives from Gift of Hope Organ and Tissue Donor Network, as well as Saving Sight or Eversight will speak. Media and the public are invited to attend.

Event will be held at the flagpole near the main entrance of each hospital.

BACKGROUND: April is National Donate Life Month, dedicated to raising awareness of the importance of organ and tissue donation. Each year, Memorial Health hospitals hold flag-raising ceremonies to honor donors and their families.
