Chamber Seeking Workforce Development Coordinator

The Chamber is seeking a Workforce Development Coordinator as part of a new partnership with Sangamon County to design and deliver impactful programs that connect people to careers and employers to talent.  The role will play a key part in strengthening our regional workforce by building pathways for youth, veterans, second-chance populations, and individuals pursuing careers in skilled trades.

The Workforce Development Coordinator will work on program development and management, targeted workforce initiatives, and community and business engagement.
