Applications Now Open at St. John’s College of Nursing Plus New 100% Online MSN Program Launches Fall 2026
Springtime marks new beginnings, and at St. John’s College of Nursing, it also signals opportunity. Applications are now open for all nursing programs, including the launch of a new, 100% online Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program beginning Fall 2026.
St. John’s College of Nursing offers a full spectrum of academic programs, including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on leadership and education, and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). The college’s mission is to educate professional nurses whose practice exemplifies excellence in health care by fostering spiritual, ethical and professional development.

The new MSN Practice-Integrated Learning Impact program is structured to fit the realities of today’s professional nurse:
- Fully online
- Open to nurses with RN licensure in any state
- Two-year completion
- 36 credit hours
- Three courses per semester
- One cohort model with consistent pacing
- 480 hours of applied leadership and practice projects
Unlike traditional practicum models, applied learning is embedded across every semester. Students develop and implement real-world projects aligned with their professional roles and career goals, whether in clinical practice, leadership, education or health systems improvement. This continuous project development allows for deeper, meaningful outcomes that make an immediate impact in workplaces and communities.
The program is also intentionally designed to prepare graduates for progression into doctoral-level practice, building skills in inquiry, improvement science, evaluation and evidence translation that naturally support future DNP study.
