What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and grow relationships with local businesses and agencies—helping them reach new audiences through powerful, multi-platform campaigns (TV + digital).
- Create custom solutions that blend broadcast, streaming, social, and web—no cookie-cutter stuff here.
- Pitch with confidence: Present marketing strategies that excite, inform, and convert.
- Stay in the loop: Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activity like a boss.
- Collaborate daily with our creative, production teams to bring campaigns to life.
What You Bring:
- A competitive go-getter mindset with energy, enthusiasm, and a serious love for closing deals.
- Strong communication skills—you can read a room and speak business fluently.
- The ability to make effective presentations both one-on-one and in a group setting.
- Experience in media sales is a big plus, but if you're coming from digital, agency, or marketing and ready to pivot, let’s talk.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Education and Experience: High School diploma with 3-5 years sales experience required - or - Bachelor's degree with 1 year sales experience.

*This is a commission sales position with draw/guarantee for the first 6 months. Expected pay range is $60,000 - $90,000 annually.
