The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as OIG Investigator in the Office of Inspector General. Under direction, this position will perform highly responsible, confidential intake and investigative work concerning cases of allegations and/or incidents of misconduct, misfeasance, malfeasance, or violations of rules, procedures, agreements, or law by an employee, foster parent, service provider, or contractor of DCFS, as well as cases of child death and serious physical injury. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who has a strong commitment to investigating allegations of misconduct and working to provide resolution of such cases.
