They provide Accounting, Payroll, Tax, and Audit services for a wide variety of clients. They have approximately 20 employees, including bookkeepers, staff accountants, and certified public accountants (CPAs) on their staff.
Salary:
$75,000 - $100,000

Your role with the company:
The Accounting Manager will lead accountants, auditors, tax preparers, and bookkeepers to complete the Tax and Audit procedures for a group of clients, including individuals, small businesses, corporations, non-profits, municipalities etc. You will report to the Partners of the organization. For the right candidate, there is a real opportunity for Partner within the first couple of years.
Background Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or a related field
• CPA or CPA eligible is preferred
• 3 years of accounting, audit, and/or tax experience
• Outgoing, Driven, Smart
