The Springfield Subways are hosting their Monthly Community Blood Drive on Tuesday, May 20 from 8am-5pm at our ImpactLife Donor Center at 1999 Wabash Ave, Appointments are NOT required however, if you would like to schedule for a particular time slot, please call ImpactLife at 800-747-5401.
All donors will receive a coupon for a FREE Fountain Soda from Subway.
All successful donors will receive an ImpactLife Reward of their choice, either a $40 EGIFT Card (Target, Amazon, Walmart, Subway etc.) Bonus Points to our online Reward Store or choose a $40 charitable donation!
