Our Springfield Culvers on Wabash is hosting a Community Blood Drive at our ImpactLife Springfield Donor Center (1999 Wabash Ave) on Wednesday, 4/23 from 8am-5:30pm. Appointments are NOT required however, if you would like to schedule for a particular time slot, please call ImpactLife at 800-747-5401.
All donors will receive a coupon for a FREE PINT OF FROZEN CUSTARD redeemable at the 4400 Wabash Culvers ONLY. All successful donors will also receive their choice of either a $40 EGIFT CARD-Target, Walmart, Amazon etc., get Bonus Points to use in our online Rewards Store or choose a $40 charitable donation to your favorite non-profit!
