Who else loves a good brunch? We are hosting a Senior Brunch & Learn! Come out to enjoy some tasty food and pick up some handy tips on Senior Health and Wellness! It is going to be a relaxed, fun, and informative Morning! We will have Synergy Home Health, Transition Hospice, Heartland Hospice, Advanced Home Health, Empower Me Fitness and Veteran Affairs on site to help you learn more about what they can offer!
