Springfield Area Arts Council will be hosting a ribbon cutting on May 30th at 11:45 a.m. This event will be held at Union Square Park, located at 500 E. Madison St., North 6th St. Springfield, IL to celebrate their first Artist in the Park for the season! The ribbon cutting is scheduled for 11:45 a.m. with their featured artist, Kevin Aldrich from noon to 1:00 p.m. There will also be food trucks on site. Please join them for this exciting event!
